By accessing or using BGR Review, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Services

BGR Review provides review acquisition and review removal services across third-party platforms including Google, Trustpilot, Yelp, Clutch and Tripadvisor.

2. Account & Eligibility

You must be 18+ and the legitimate owner or authorized representative of the business profiles you submit. You are responsible for the accuracy of all information you provide.

3. Payment

Review acquisition orders are paid upfront via Stripe. Removal services follow a pay-after-success model: $449 per successfully removed review, invoiced via Stripe payment link.

4. Delivery & Replacements

Estimated delivery windows are stated per package. Any review removed by the platform within 30 days of posting will be replaced at no additional charge.

See our Refund Policy for full details. Removal services are pay-after-success; no upfront refund applies.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use BGR Review for illegal purposes, defamation, or to target competitors with malicious reviews. We reserve the right to refuse service.

7. Limitation of Liability

BGR Review is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated via email.
