We only collect information you give us directly through our forms and communications, plus minimal technical data needed to run the website securely.

• Contact form & free audit form: name, business name, email, phone (optional), country, city, current Google rating, review counts, monthly customer volume, your goal and any notes you choose to share.
• Newsletter: email address.
• Technical data: IP address, user agent, referrer, and timestamps. Used for spam protection, security and basic analytics.

• To respond to your enquiry and deliver the audit, quote or service you asked for. Legal basis: performance of a contract / steps prior to entering a contract.
• To send you our newsletter if you subscribed. Legal basis: your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To prevent abuse, fraud and spam on our forms. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the service safe.
• To meet legal obligations (tax records, regulatory requests). Legal basis: legal obligation.

We never sell your personal data. We share it only with vetted processors that help us run the business:

• Cloud hosting and database infrastructure providers.

• Client records: as long as required by tax and accounting law (typically 6 years).

• Technical logs: up to 12 months.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent. UK and EU residents may also lodge a complaint with their data protection authority (in the UK, the ICO).

We use a minimal set of strictly necessary cookies to keep the site working and basic, privacy-respecting analytics to understand which articles are read. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this domain.

Form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS and stored in access-controlled databases. Access is restricted to authorised team members. We review our security posture regularly.
