Review Acquisition Orders
If we fail to deliver the agreed number of reviews within twice the stated delivery window, you may request a full or partial refund proportional to the undelivered count.
30-Day Replacement Guarantee
Any review removed by the platform within 30 days of posting will be replaced at no charge - typically within 7 days of removal.
Removal Services
Pay-after-success model: if we do not successfully remove the targeted review, you owe nothing. No refund applies because no charge is made until successful removal.
Refund Requests
Email support@bgrreview.com with your order ID. Refunds are processed via your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Chargebacks
We ask customers to contact support before filing a chargeback. We work hard to resolve every issue directly.
