Robiul began working on the open web in 2013, running SEO and Google Business Profile programs for independent shops, multi-location retailers and professional service firms across the UK and US. Over nine years he shipped work for more than 400 businesses, most of it invisible to the outside world - technical audits, on-page rebuilds, local citation cleanups, and the slow grind of getting a small brand to rank where its customers were actually searching. By 2018 he was consulting exclusively on reputation. A hospitality client he was advising watched a single competitor-planted 1-star review drop their weekend bookings by 34%. The tooling available at the time gave him a choice between automated black-box platforms that risked account suspension, and generic marketing agencies that treated reviews as a bolt-on. Neither was safe. Robiul founded BGR Review in 2019 to build the third option: a specialist practice run by senior operators who understood platform policy at the level of a Google Trust & Safety reviewer, not a marketer. Since 2019 BGR Review has served 15,000+ businesses across 40+ countries with 1,240+ verified named clients. Robiul still chairs the weekly escalation review where any removal case flagged as high-risk is walked through in front of the full specialist team before a single ticket is opened.
